The Counts Capponi have recently renovated one of their farmhouses to create comfortable apartments reflecting traditional Tuscan interiors.

San Pierino is an historical cluster of houses situated among the vineyards, olive trees and forest that rise in the heart of the Chianti (only 2 km from Greve in Chianti).

From the ancient rectory adjacent to the small church of San Piero al Pino (13th century), two apartments have been restructured, Canonica and Pozzo.
Pozzo has a large kitchen (all appliances), sitting room and dining area in an open floorplan. On the ground floor is a twin bedded room and bath with shower s.engble for guests with difficulty getting about. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, twin-bedded room and bath with tub. Pozzo's outdoor patio is trellised for shade and offers a grill, table and chairs.

Pool open only in the high season. Heating is available in winter months at an added cost based on consumption. Animals permitted (dogs and cats only). Bed and bath linen included with rental. Maid and cook service available at an hourly rate; free guided tour of the cellars and wine tasting; direct sales from the wine cellar; trekking; children's cribs and high chair available on request
