"Toys, Toys, Toys" for all to enjoy - both inside and outside fun. Guests are provided 4 bikes with children bikes on request, boogie boards, surfboard, beach chairs/towels and sandtoys. Inside we have a computer and printer with high speed/wireless internet, DVD players in all rooms with at least 30 DVD movies to choose from. We have a few toys and board games. The kitchen is FULLY stocked.

The beds are high quality with pillow top mattress's. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom. Up one flight of stairs and you will find the kitchen with granite countertops, huge family room with a fireplace and two sofa sleepers and half bath. There is a round dining table with 8 chairs and extra folding chairs. From the kitchen and family room, we have a Weber Gas BBQ on the deck. Views from the kitchen, dining room and family room are of Mission Bay and the Sea World Fireworks. Up another flight of stairs and you will find the luxurious Master Suite with its own deck to enjoy a glass of wine. The Master Suite has another fireplace for your enjoyement. The master bath has a full shower/jacuzzi size bath and 2 sinks. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and Twin bed with it's own bathroom.

Up to the Rooftop Deck!! Enjoy the views or sunbath. 500 feet of space with 2 lounge chairs and table and 6 chairs to dine.
