Home base comfort in the center of the best that the Rocky Mountains have to offer, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the Victorian section of Historic Georgetown, Colorado.  Relax by fireside, in the great room,  while you look up to moutain views or hide away in the living room and enjoy the pellet burining stove.  The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need to make a wonderful meal, but this beautiful home is located within walking distance to Georgetown's restaurants if you're in the mood to make reservations rather than a recipe.

The master is on the main and there are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with jungle theme and bunkbeads, and another with a full size bed and a futon, so there's plenty of room for the whole family or two.  There's also a large hot tub in the private yard.

Historic Georgetown, once called the Silver Queen of Colorado, maintains it's quite, small town feel of the past, yet is still located close to all of the action!  Denver is only 30-45 minutes away; Loveland Ski Area is 10 minutes up the road; Summit County, and it's attractions, is about 30 minutes from us, as is Winter Park, Central City/Black Hawk , Arapahoe Ski Basin, and Keystone; Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are a bit further down the road.  In Spring and Summer you'll find terrific hiking trails, off road adventuring, and white water rafting right here in Clear Creek County.  But downtime is important too, so you'll find great museums and shops just around the corner from this wonderful home, plus there quite often some kind of small festival or musical event going on during the warmer months.
