Cancellation policy: Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, and you have to cancel for any reason, your money is not refunded unless we re-rent the cottage for the same time period. Once the cottage is re-rented, your money is refunded less 15% of gross rent, plus a $45.00 administrative fee. Please be advised that it is extremely difficult to secure new rental agreements to replace those canceled upon such short notice. All cancellations must be in writing. Transfers to other cottages are treated as cancellations.
