This condo is available in week 52 with an added week in a leap year! It overlooks the golf course in the Whitebirch Estates of the Breezy Point Resort of Breezy Point, Minneosta. Pelican lake is the center of the resort where there is great fishing, ice fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayacking, boating, and just about any sport arena one could imagine. The golf course is used for professional tournaments as well as public liesure. RCI points are available for trading to use the condo in another season, if desired.

The resort lodge offers indoor swimming, dining, and video rentals, just a few of the attractions. Whitebirch Estates also has an indoor pool and is continually adding attactions and living accommodations. Being away from the center of the resort, it has a rustic feeling that can be enhanced by holding family gatherins at the paviliion. Parking the car is no hastle as parking spaces are very near entrances to condos. Pets are allowed but must be held in control with leashes and guarding.

Minneapolis and St. Paul (Twin Cities) offer the greatest balance in a week of fun on the water. The Mall of America (Bloomington-suburb of Minneapolis)is a vertical, 4-floor, mall with many of the great stores (Sears, Pennys, Macy's)and movie theaters. Both cities offer orchestra and jazz performances with the Minnesota Orchestra (Minneapolis) and the Sait Paul Chamber Orchestra (SPCO). Dining is unique in both the Nicollet Mall(Minneapolis near the Minnesota Orchestra Hall) and Rice Park(St. Paul-downtown). The museums in these cities are specatacular for history, historical art, and modern art. Garrisn Kieler's "Prairie Home Companion" cannot go unmentioned as there are radio shows at both the World and Fitzgerald Theaters of St. Paul. You can take in the zoo at the Apple Valley Natural Habitat Zoo in Eagan/Apple Valley near St. Paul.

Breezy Point is a spectacular setting for any and all family entertainment no matter what week you use the facilities. There is fun to be had by all!
