Living area has Murphy bed with new tempurpedic queen mattress, down comforter & rich linens. Two sofa chairs unfold into single beds. This area is approx. 130 sq ft…11’ x 12’.

Bath has shower/tub and separate dressing area.
Entire unit is tiled. Linens, towels & washable slipcovers are provided and hot-washed after each use. Bikes, beach chairs, towels, cooler and bags also provided as well as starter package of TP, papertowels & soap.
10’ by 21’ fenced tropical patio has gazebo, grassy area, water fountain, dining table, charcoal BBQ and dog bath/wash complete with shampoo and biscuits. There’s plenty of room to safely store surfboards.
At the west end of highway 8, Ocean Beach has friendly, small-town atmosphere , yet close to SeaWorld, downtown gaslamp district, Cabrillo national park & lighthouse, and Balboa Park with its famous zoo, museums, gardens and theatres. Take trolley south 21 miles to Mexican border or train north to LA. …or stay in OB and enjoy the sunset at the beach with your dog…

Summer rates are $700 weekly or $125/nightly with 3 day minimum stay. $60 non-refundable cleaning fee. 10.5 % city room tax; $250 refundable security deposit will be returned shortly after departure. Payment options: Personal/business check, cashier’s check, money order, or Visa/Mastercard by paypal (add 3% transaction fees). Deposit and return of the rental agreement is required upon booking.
