Cancellation policy: If a cancellation is made 7 days in advance of your arrival date, all monies shall be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee. If your reservation is cancelled less than 7 days in advance of your arrival date, OR, if changes are made that result in a shortened stay no refunds shall be made. However, if the property is re- rented for the period cancelled, the rental fee will be refunded, minus the $75 cancellation fee.
