Our vacation home, Unit B, is the entire 1,000 square foot 1st floor. The Master Bedroom and Second Bedroom are up 5 stairs. An open floor plan of the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Bathroom, and a 10 x 40 foot deck facing the lake. The Kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking & entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils needed for preparing meals. It includes a microwave, portable dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove, and refrigerator. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, Cable TV, VCR and views of the Stanislaus National forest outside your window. The Second Bedroom has two sets of trundle beds (total 4 singles), Cable TV, DVD, a 6' walk in closet, a 2' blanket closet and views of the Stanislaus National forest. The Bathroom has shower, sink and toilet. The Living Room has a double size hide-a-bed. It also includes Cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, cassette player, CD player, games, books and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The desk is ready for your computer with dial up or wireless and a free telephone for local calls. The home is heated and cooled by forced air. The views outside are of Lakemont Pines lake and the forest. The Dining Room has a full table and chairs for up to 8 people with Wilson Art flooring. The Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are an open floor plan style for easy entertaining. The outside covered patio deck is 10 x 40 fee and looks out to Lakemont Pines lake. There are 2 picnic tables with chairs, couch, charcoal bar-b-que and walking sticks.
