Policies & Notices
1. If more than 2 adults are sharing a rental property, a fee of $10 per adult per day is assessed for each additional adult allowed in that unit. Kids under 6 are free! (make sure we have an accurate accounting of adults as we do not refund anything after you arrive) No extra people are allowed in cars, RV's or tents-as well as in the cabin, due to city/county ordinances. This is a liability
2. $50 cleaning fee, Please leave unit in same condition as found , with the exception that we will wash the and change the sheets and towels. or more fee may be charged
3. Check in time is 3pm or after - Checkout time is 12 noon
4. All rooms are NON SMOKING. Please smoke outdoors & use ashtray for butts. A fee of $50-$200 will be assessed and added to your card if you smoke inside
5. Reservations are guaranteed only by credit card or advanced payment.
6. Cancellation: Full refunds will only be granted with one week prior notice (10 days on holidays or peak season). No refunds for weather...it is constantly changing and fun! We do not refund because of personal reasons, ie; stairs that you never saw, sound of ocean, ocean, color of plates, etc. Reasonable requests will be honored only.
7. PETS/DOGS are not allowed. Smuggling in your dog in a NO PET unit will result in a de-pet fee of $200.00 & up depending on the size of the unit and the extent of the cleaning required.
8. Damages in excess of normal wear & tear/missing items: The registered guests (cardholder) shall be responsible for any & all damages/missing or broken items from guests or pets visiting. Whether registered or not.
9. There are also no fireworks in Westport city limits at any time.
10. No hampering with smoke detectors or the fine is $100.00
11. One last item...you are in a residential area so please be kind to neighbors and keep noise down, especially evenings after 8 p.m. or before 9 a.m. Thank you for understanding and agreeing to this
