The covered front porch spans the length of the cabin and is perfect for relaxing in a rocking chair while listening to the rushing creek below. If the cabin rebooks, the tenant will receive the advance rent payment less a $50 cancellation fee and the $45 processing fee. Any reservation made within 15 days of the arrival date is a guaranteed reservation and if you fail to keep the reservation the TOTAL amount of the reservation fee will be charged. If tenant fails to arrive by 11:00 a.m. on the day following the scheduled arrival day, they forfeit any advance rental payment. Failure to pay unpaid balance forfeits all advance payment and reservation rights. No refund of unused days in the event of late arrival or early departure.
