Our home is located within walking distance to a private deeded beach which we have rights to. We are also 1.2 miles to public Seagull beach. It is the largest public beach on Cape Cod. The house is conveniently located close to dining, shopping, beautiful golf courses, beaches, mini-golf, etc. There is so much to do on the Cape. Or, if you want to stay away from the craziness we have a back deck with grill and you never have to enter the busy Route 28 to get to the beaches. Find out why we have people return year after year!
