It's pretty central, off the 405 and la cienega/la tijera (90045), easy access to the 10, 90 and 405 freeways, 7 min from LAX, 15 min from Venice, 10 min from Marina del Rey and Culver City,15 min from Manhattan beach, 20-30 min from Hollywood and Beverly Hills, 25 min from Long Beach.

2bd, 1 ba, hard wood floor, furnished, free high-speed internet, dvd player, walking distance to stores, grocery shopping, blockbuster, laundrymat, restaurants. Brand new Fox Hills Mall and The Bridge Cinema down the street.

Street parking unlimited. Neighborhood is quiet.

The room is very bright with a full bed, very comfy. The bathroom has a bathtub, there is a gas stove (the best to cook), a little yard accessible through the back door.

I really need someone responsible, clean, honest, respectful of the place and neighbors, no parties, no drugs who can water the plants a couple of times and pick up the mail.
