    I have been informed that if I rent my property I will be reclassified to rental/commercial for tax purposes and also that I must get a real estate lic. if I advertise I have property in Al have you ran across this thanks Bill

    In all honesty I am not familiar with the laws of your county, my recommendation is to speak with a local official and confirm with them the new tax rate if any. Also you may advertise your site without an address in the mean time just to see if its really worth doing all the investigation, but you will be advertising at your own risk.
